A Casual trattoria with a seasonal Italian menu located in Brooklyn Heights. Red Gravy opened in December of 2012. Make sure to go for the Sunday Gravy prix fixe!

Saul Restaurant
Located inside the Brooklyn Museum. Opened in 1999 on Smith Street, SAUL restaurant is steadfast in chef Saul Bolton's goal to put the plate first, utilizing artisanal and seasonal ingredients to create fine food served in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. SAUL was the first restaurant in Brooklyn to receive a Michelin star.

Brooklyn Bangers
BROOKLYN BANGERS is the sausage company created by our own Michelin-starred chef Saul Bolton. Brooklyn Bangers serves an array of handmade sausages including Cheddar Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Knackwurst, and Beef Brisket Hot Dogs. You can find Brooklyn Bangers in many locations including the Barclay's Center, Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg in Williamsburg.
